Michael Morpurgo
Sir Michael Morpurgo OBE FRSL FKC DL is a writer, playwright, performer and librettist. The author of more than 150 children’s books, he has sold over 35 million copies worldwide and in almost 40 languages. A former teacher and vocal spokesperson for the benefits of reading for pleasure, he is currently the President of Book Trust. Between 2003–2005 he was Children’s Laureate and in 2018 he was knighted for services to literature and charity. Many of Michael’s books have been adapted for stage and screen, including the phenomenal National Theatre adaptation of War Horse, which has been seen by over 10 million people in over 100 cities around the world, broke the West End record for weekly ticket sales, and won 5 Tony Awards and 2 Olivier Awards. Michael is also the co-founder, with his wife Clare, of the charity Farms for City Children.
Marcus Sedgwick
Marcus Sedgwick (8 Apr 1968 - 15 Nov 2022) was the winner of many prizes, most notably the 2014 Michael L. Printz Award for his novel Midwinterblood. Marcus also received two Printz Honors, for Revolver in 2011 and The Ghosts of Heaven in 2016, giving him the most citations to date for America's most prestigious book prize for writing for young adults. Other notable award-winning books include Floodland, Marcus' first novel, which won the Branford-Boase Award in 2001; My Swordhand is Singing, which won the Booktrust Teenage Prize for 2007, and Lunatics and Luck, part of The Raven Mysteries series, which won a Blue Peter Book Award in 2011.
Marcus' books have been shortlisted for over forty other awards, including the Carnegie Medal (seven times), the Edgar Allan Poe Award (twice) and the Guardian Children's Fiction Prize (four times). He has been nominated for the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award three times, in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Marcus was Writer in Residence at Bath Spa University for three years, reviewed for The Guardian newspaper and taught creative writing at Arvon and Ty Newydd. He judged numerous books awards, including the Guardian Children's Fiction Prize and the Costa Book Awards.

Sheena lives in County Derry with her husband, stepson and two dogs.

Tracy Chevalier
Tracy Chevalier est américaine et vit à Londres depuis 1984. Elle est l’auteur du best-seller La jeune fille à la perle (1999, publié en France à Quai Voltaire en 2000). Timothee de Fombelle
Né en 1973 à Paris, Timothée de Fombelle passe une partie de son enfance au Maroc et en Côte d'Ivoire. Il fonde une troupe de théâtre dès le lycée, écrit et met en scène des pièces, et cet amour de la dramaturgie ne le quittera pas. Devenu professeur de lettres, il enseigne en France et au Vietnam.
