Born in Normandy, Arnaud Nebbache is a graduate of the Institut Saint-Luc in Brussels.
He has written and illustrated numerous children's books such as "Carottes ratées et autres fautes de goûts" and "A quai, à flot" (Âne bâté, 2011 and 2015), "Une journée de bûcheron" (Kilowatt, 2018), "La tournée de Gaspard" (L'Étagère du bas, 2022), and "Une journée d'apicultrice" (Kilowatt, 2022).
His work—often straddling the line between didactics and fiction—is based on a practice of artisanal printing techniques (engraving, stencil, silk-screen printing...). He has also collaborated with many authors, including Christine Naumann-Villemin for the title "La Lapindicite" (Kaléidoscope, 2014), Anne Loyer for the title "Les Mots de Mo'" (Kilowatt, 2020), and Arnaud Tiercelin for the title "Mon voeu c'est toi" (Kilowatt, 2021).
"Brancusi contre États-Unis," published by Dargaud in 2023 (Europe Comics in English), is his first comic book.
